Our Area

Mid Wales is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Just two hours from the Midlands and a little more from London and the South West, it is a haven of peace and quiet, with miles of unspoilt countryside and towns and villages still relatively untouched by progress.
Our valley is a great place to explore - follow the river or climb the hills. Whichever way you go, you'll see wildlife not often disturbed by mankind.
Our local village, Hundred House is about two and a half miles away and has a pub.
We are about 9 miles from the Victorian Spa town of Llandrindod Wells, and 4.5 miles from Builth Wells. With both of these towns; offering a variety of supermarkets and shops, and leisure facilities.
There are many good locations in Mid Wales for mountain biking and walking. The spectacular Elan Valley near Rhayader is the 'Lakeland of Wales' - a network of reservoirs spreading across wild moorland with many tracks leading north into Plynlimon and south into the Cambrian Mountains.
With the dams offering a variety of walk ways and cycle routes round the reservoirs and a tourist centre near the start to park your car and get refreshments. With the amazing Brecon Beacons only about half an hours drive away.
