he Bwlch is a single storey bungalow, which is suitable for people with limited mobility. It has three spacious bedrooms, two doubles and the twin both with views across the valley or onto the garden.

Situated at the mouth of the valley, the Bwlch is ideally placed between Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells. However, you could not believe the proximity to the towns by its surroundings. Being just 5 miles from Llandrindod, the Bwlch provides the rural paradise with urban benefits close to hand. So the Bwlch is perfectly placed for walkers as you can literally walk out the door on to the hill, and a number of public rights of way. And is also a delightful spot for watching wildlife whilst relaxing in your home comforts.
There is a fully fitted kitchen/dining room with a standard cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. Following on from the kitchen is a utility room housing a washing machine and sink, with a separate toilet and the third of the bedrooms. With oil fired central heating throughout the property.
The spacious master bedroom is a double, with build in wardrobe and additional drawers. This room has stunning views across the entry to the valley and property. The second bedroom is arranged as a twin, with build in wardrobes and views across the rear of the property, and garden/patio area. The third bedroom is a spacious double room, with view to the front of the property. There is a large family bathroom.
Also there is a large spacious lounge with views overlooking the secluded valley entrance, with ample seating for 5 adults. We also provide a TV DVD player and CD radio player for your convenience.
It has its own patio sitting area that is situated to the rear of the property, with the garden surrounding all 4 sides of the bungalow to maximise privacy. With a garden shed to the side of the property for storage of mountain bikes or outdoor gear and with a tarmac parking area at the front of the property for vehicles.
Bwlch, the welsh word for Gap. The Bwlch is situated between to hillsides, indeed in the gap of the hills. Being surrounded by countryside and concealed in a land of beauty, the Bwlch truly is a gap of tranquillity.
