ome and enjoy a relaxing time at Gaer Farm. It is a working farm with the aim to spoil their guests.

Set in a beautiful, remote valley between the spa towns of Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, and close to the village of Hundred House. It’s a comfortable holiday base for everyone: individuals, families or groups.
There is a choice of self-catering accommodation. The delightful Gaer Cottage and the Bwlch  [pronounced the Bulch] dwelling are both set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Getting to know the animals is part of the fun for children on holiday. The children will be able to see first hand how pigs, cattle, poultry and sheep are feed, while the friendly cats and dog offer real fun to smaller children. At the Bwlch, two miles away from the main farm-(track), or six miles by road, and you will immerse yourself in the remote countryside with stunning views that are only one mouse click away.
Otherwise there is the opportunity to spoil yourselves at the family run B&B. Staying on the working farm means provides an ample supply of free-range eggs, meat and sausages produced at the farm. There is a selection of rooms with stunning views down the valley.

As you would expect, this is an ideal spot for all nature enthusiasts with an abundance of wildlife to observe. You may see badgers, owls, kites and many more. The area offers superb opportunities for outdoor activities: bird watching, mountain biking, hiking and para-gliding.
The nearest pub is located just 1 ½ miles away in the village of Hundred House. The old market towns of Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells are within short driving distance. Gaer Farm is an ideal base for exploring the lovely surrounding of mid-Wales, the border to England and Elan Valley. You can also travel further a field, such as the seaside town Aberystwyth or Vrywyn Lake.
Whatever your way of spending your free time, you can come back and relax in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings at Gaer Farm. The owners Patricia and Phillip Harley and their three children will make your stay an experience you will want to come back to.
